Because we are a training site for doctoral and master's-level clinicians in training, we are able to offer rates on a sliding scale. All psychological testing is completed by advanced-level clinicians.
Method of Payment:
CASH ONLY is preferred at this time; however, we are able to accept credit card payments for amounts over $10 with a $2 service charge fee.
Private Insurance:
We do accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield and charge the co-pay listed for office visit (if no co-pay, we charge an office visit of up to $30 for intake & up to $30 for therapy). Should you have any other out-of-network private insurance, we do not bill the insurance companies; therefore, our fee would be up to $30/session.

Public Aid/No Insurance (sliding scale):
We do not bill Illinois Medicaid for services provided, so the following fee structure is used per session or per battery:

- 90-minute Intake $5 up to $30 (based on income)
|
|
|
- 50-minute Therapy Session $2 up to $30 (based on income)
|
|
|
- Testing battery minimum $50 for full battery (based on income/payment plans optional on a case-by-case basis)

NOTE:
Testing batteries are based on minimum of 8 hours for battery, write-up and feed back session.
ALL FEES ARE COLLECTED BEFORE REPORT OR FEEDBACK SESSION OCCURS.
